1. What is Lastuto?

Tracking information may take 1–5 business days to update after the package has been dispatched.

8. Why is my tracking information not updating?

Tracking information may not update immediately after shipment. It may take a few business days for the carrier to scan and update the package status.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?

We can only change or cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the item according to our Return Policy.

10. What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update the address. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lastuto is not responsible for delivery failure, delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, clean, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, with all accessories, parts, manuals, tags, or labels included where applicable.

If the return is due to personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, choosing the wrong size, or changing your mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Original shipping fees, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

18. What should I do if my package shows delivered but I did not receive it?

Please first check your mailbox, front door, porch, reception area, neighbors, building office, or local delivery office.

19. Why does my product look slightly different from the photos?

We make reasonable efforts to display product photos, colors, sizes, materials, and descriptions as accurately as possible.

However, slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, product batches, manual measurements, or material variations. For natural material, handmade, vintage-style, or decorative items, variations in color, texture, pattern, shape, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.
